Our childhood home, modernized with a groovy twist
Growing up in a household with two loving parents and three other siblings, we always had a love for home.
After college, we left Hermann and embarked on our own careers- Nancy as a program manager/graphic designer in Seattle, Washington and Dan as a physical therapist and organic farmer (Farmer Dan) in Columbia, Missouri- but gathered at our childhood home with our parents and large extended families often.
When our parents passed away recently (after living in retrohaus for over 60 years!), we decided to convert our childhood home into a funky guest house to continue creating warm memories in this special place.
We've renovated our home with a light touch, using many furnishings we grew up with, while also modernizing it for comfort and style, all with a groovy, retro flair!
We're so happy to be able to share retrohaus with you!
