1. If your travel plans change, and you need to cancel your reservation, you must call us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel. Cancellations prior to 30 days of the arrival will entitle you to a refund of the deposit less a 10% processing fee. Failure to cancel prior to 30 days will necessitate a charge for the full booking.
2. Check-in: After 3:00 PM
If early check-in is needed, we may be able to accommodate. Please call to inquire.
3. Six guests is the ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM number of occupants of our haus, not only due to haus capacity, but also due to City of Hermann fire code. Infringement of this rule will result in a charge of $200 per additional guest per night.
4. Guests must be 21 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises at all times.
5. Have fun, but please treat retrohaus as you would your own home.
6. Please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors. Please keep noise down on the patio after 10 PM.
7. Absolutely no parties permitted.
8. Absolutely no smoking or vaping IN the haus. You will be charged if smoking does occur in the house. Cigarette receptacles are provided OUTSIDE for smoking outdoors.
9. No pets permitted.
10. Any damages to retrohaus (if they are beyond minor accidents such as breaking a glass, etc.) or stolen items will be charged to you. Please let us know if something gets broken.
11. Check-out: 11:00 AM
We will accommodate late check-out if possible, so please give us a call if you need to request late check-out.
